Ingredients

1 Nongshim Shin ramyun
550ml anchovy & shrimp broth (2½ cups)
Serrano pepper
½ Tbsp oyster sauce
½ Tbsp soy sauce
Onion
Green onion
Shiitake mushroom
1 egg
1 crown daisy

Instructions
  • Bring a pot of 550ml of anchovy and shrimp broth to the boil.
  • Add the disc of noodles and the nongshim soup powder for 4 minutes on a gentle boil.
  • Add ½ Tbsp of oyster sauce and ½ Tbsp of soy sauce.
  • Add the sliced onion and shiitake.
  • Put a lid on the pot and leave it for another 1 minute.
  • Add the chopped serrano pepper and large green onion.
  • Add the egg yolk in the center and a crown daisy.
